Shipping, VAT & Delivery Terms

General

We ship internationally from Sweden.

Prices may be displayed including Swedish VAT. Final tax treatment depends on the customer's location and status.

EU Customers

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

EU Business Customers (VAT Registered)

If you are purchasing as a business within the EU and provide a valid VAT number, VAT may be excluded according to the reverse charge mechanism.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid VAT number at checkout.

Non-EU Customers

VAT is not charged at checkout.
Instead, import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply in your country.

Delivery Terms (DAP)

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
This means the customer is responsible for any import charges upon delivery.

Example – UK Customer

If you order a product for £300, you will not pay UK VAT at checkout.
When the shipment arrives in the UK, the shipping carrier (e.g. DHL or UPS) will contact you to collect UK VAT (currently 20%), along with any applicable customs duties and handling fees before delivery.

All import charges are handled by the shipping carrier in your country.
